Nice pub with nice friendly atmosphere serving excellent Holts beer. Definately worth a visit.

Went in last week and had a couple of pints of Holts Bitter; and in excellent nick they were too. I was going to complain about all the people round the bar meaning it was difficult to get served...... then I remembered where I usually stand when I'm in the Turks !!

usually a good pint with good service, the outside beer garden is a bit strange(no garden and on a main rd) but not bad if the road is quiet shows rugby/football too, one of my locals!

Agreed. Lynn has taken up the challenge after Andrea (the previous licencee) turned the pub around. And she is doing a fine job. The Joseph Holts Mild is my favourite tipple in there, and I think everyone should give it a try.

a multi roomed gem with good beer pleasant service and an all round good atmosphere a must visit in my opinion
